Mission Senegal started working with Ngonine residents, building empowerment-focused, rural development programs that will enable the village to become self-sustaining. 

Programs: Women’s health / maternity, Vaccination, Urgent Care, Labs, Staff Housing

The client has a vision to establish a healthcare facility to serve rural communities. Supporting villages, where medical treatment and maternity care were needed. 

Health Post (Poste de Santé) – Primary Care Level

• 2–3 consultation rooms (including separate rooms for women’s health / maternity)

• 1 delivery room with maternity bed

• 1 vaccination room

• 1 pharmacy / 1 storage

• 1 waiting / reception area

• 1 sanitary block (latrines + showers)

• 2 staff housing units (nurse/midwife)

• 2 Lab rooms (for malaria, hemoglobin, HIV rapid tests)
